MedDRA Translations - Subscribers are able to download Czech, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish free of charge. The Japanese translation is available for $850 USD.

This page contains translations of the MedDRA terminology, which includes SMQs, and supporting user documentation.  Additional translations will be posted here when available.

After clicking on the desired package, you will be prompted for your User ID and Password combination (unless you have already successfully logged into the subscriber area).   Only authorized subscribers will be allowed to download translations.  Translations require the use of unzip passwords. These change with each version of MedDRA and are sent to the subscription point of contact(s) prior to the release.

NOTICE

For subscribers who load MedDRA text files (.asc) into Microsoft Excel® 2003 and earlier versions: As of Version 10.1, the llt.asc file now exceeds the worksheet limit of 65,536 rows for Excel 2003 and earlier versions. If you load the llt.asc file into these versions of Excel, the data contained in the worksheet will be incomplete.

For subscribers who download the Czech translation: It is recommended that MedDRA Czech text files be viewed in Notepad rather than WordPad. Some of the Czech letters do not display properly in WordPad. Czech text files are in UTF-8 format.
