Onsite Training

Why You Should Consider Onsite Training from the MSSO:

If you have more than just one or two staff to train, you may want to consider the option of onsite training where an experienced MSSO trainer comes to your organization's site.

What are some of the considerations for doing this?

  • Save on travel costs
    • Attending even free MSSO training courses can incur costs to your organization (airfare, hotel, taxi, etc.).
    • Depending upon the number of trainees, length of travel and other factors, this could add up to a considerable cost.
    • Compare this to the cost of an onsite MSSO training course, and the figures may tip in your favor.

  • Save on out-of-office time
    • Your critical staff will not waste time travelling off-site.
    • With a focused course just for their needs, they can get the training they need without the inconvenience of being out of the office.
    • Both full day courses and shorter classes are offered onsite.

  • Personalized training
    • Some companies are worried about their staff discussing possible safety-related concerns in an open training course.
    • With onsite training by the MSSO, the only participants are your staff; so, these concerns are not an issue.
    • In addition, by discussing your organization's specific projects and product types with an MSSO trainer ahead of time, she/he can be ready with specific examples that relate directly to your staff's needs.
    • Customized courses on various topics, including MedDRA versioning, are available upon request.
